T-Boz and Chilli of the pioneering hip-hop group TLC head out across the country to search for that one special girl to join them as they embark on the next stage of their careers. For nine weeks, the girls work closely with a diverse group of aspiring female performers to find the one with the right chemistry who can join them on their next great escapade. In the live finale, T-Boz and Chilli pick the winner, and she performs with them for the first time. The winner also gets to record a single with the pair.
